Samsung SEACE is looking for an ambitious Digital Content Editor, with a strong passion for content creation and optimization, who can take ownership of the central website content strategy and execution. About SEACESamsung Electronics Air Conditioner Europe B. V. (SEACE), based in Amsterdam, serves as the European HQ for Samsung’s HVAC business since 2017. Supporting over 30 countries, SEACE drives innovation in heating, cooling, hot water, and smart building solutions for both commercial and residential markets.
With a strong focus on technology, digitalization, and customer support, SEACE plays a key role in expanding Samsung’s presence in the European HVAC industry. Key Responsibilities1. Website Content (70%)Manage the full content lifecycle for the website and other digital platforms. Collaborate with internal teams (product, marcom, local teams) to maintain content calendars and updates. Publish content via the CMS, including creation, updates, and retirement. Work closely with writers, SEO specialists, and subsidiaries to deliver high-quality content. Responsible for keyword-rich meta descriptions, clean content formatting, and polishing drafts into high-performing content. Manage workflows, guidelines, user training, and troubleshooting.
Maintain an issue and change request log. Coordinate translations through an external translation agency. Explore and leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, optimization, and efficiency. 2. Website User Experience (10%)Identify and resolve problems, bugs, and optimization opportunities. Collaborate with the website product owner, analysts, subsidiaries, and external developers. Implement improvements to enhance the overall user experience. 3. SEO (10%)Monitor and improve organic search performance with GEO/SEO strategies. Define KPIs, analyze results, and recommend improvements. Act as the first point of contact for marketing vendors on digital marketing initiatives. 4. External & Division Meetings (10%)Attend marketing meetings (team, European, and cross-functional).
