Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in non-life insurance, specifically in claims processing for Motor, Marine & Aviation, Surety & Casualty, or Property & Engineering linesPreferably with Basic Non-Life Insurance certificationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsWilling to work on-site in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong, Metro ManilaKey Responsibilities:
Process and evaluate claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirementsReview and validate claim documents, incident reports, and policy coverageCoordinate with clients, adjusters, and service providers for claim resolutionRecommend claim settlements based on investigation and assessmentMaintain accurate and updated records of claims and related correspondenceSupport audits and compliance checks by providing required documentation.
