Job Requirements: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding all matters related to the Hiring Manager. Manage the Hiring Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, setting appointments, sending reminders, and prioritizing urgent matters. Coordinate and ensure the Hiring Manager is well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, with timely follow-ups. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all engagements and communications. Job Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in an executive or administrative support role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities. Amenable to work on-site in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City.
