Support the execution of projects across Product and Technology teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectivesAssist Director of Project Management in establishing and maintaining project governance, documentation, and reportingIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and help implement enhanced workflows to optimize project deliveryManage and track requirements throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication of scope and expectationsSchedule and coordinate workshops, training sessions, meetings, and cross-team discussionsPrepare clear and concise documentation, including business and operational requirements, process flow diagrams, training guides, impact analyses, and system design summariesContribute to risk assessment, change management, and prioritization activitiesAct as a key liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time and to the satisfaction of all stakeholdersWhat We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesSelf-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Jira or other project management tools is a plusWillingness to work across different time zones as neededFluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skillsWhat We're Offering:
