As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping our digital experience, from customer-facing platforms to internal tools that empower our store teams. In this role, you’ll work across the full technology stack, contributing to everything from web infrastructure and APIs to frontend development.

Your work will directly impact the performance, scalability, and usability of our core online products. What You'll Do: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using technologies such as React, Golang, Node.

js, and both relational and NoSQL databasesTake ownership of the full development lifecycle, from architecture and implementation to deployment, documentation, and maintenanceEnsure the stability and performance of our website, cloud services, and databases, even under high loadAnalyze the customer journey to understand business needs and deliver tailored web solutions that improve the experience for both guests and in-store staffResearch and integrate new technologies to enhance the scalability and efficiency of our platformCreate clear user manuals and handoff documentation for the operations and product teamsWho We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience developing web applicationsProven ability to solve complex technical problems and improve systems collaboratively with cross-functional teamsExperience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Alibaba CloudStrong communication and interpersonal skills; you're a collaborative team player with a growth mindsetDetail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative on new challengesPassion for innovation and a willingness to explore and solve novel technology problems, and you're excited to help build something no one's built beforeWhat We're Offering:
