HR AdvisorEast Sussex based£40,000 – £45,000 plus bonus and benefitsA HR Advisor is wanted on a permanent basis by a global Engineering client of ours who is at the forefront of their industry and going through a real period of growth. In this role, the successful candidate will drive strategic change and deliver high-quality operational support. This role focuses on strengthening employee relations, leading change initiatives, and improving HR processes to support business goals. This is a permanent opportunity that includes a base salary of between £40,000 - £45,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications plus bonuses and benefits.
Overview of the HR Advisor role: This is a HR Generalist role which will encompass a wide variety of operational duties including supporting the HR Team in regard to recruitment and grievances as well as acting as a business partner to on-site managers. Partner with managers to identify organisational improvements and develop robust people plans to strengthen the company as a whole. Align people practices with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and cultural alignmentKey skills required for the HR Advisor role:
Proven experience in HR advisory roles where you have managed your own workloadCIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience preferred. Experience in dealing with complex ER cases and working/supporting managers.
