Responsibilities: Work with suppliers and internal departments to negotiate best in class contracts and achieve the most favorable results for the organization. Contracts will cover all marketing related services (such as Event Management, Production, Market Research, Coop business, Media Advertising, etc. ).
Develop, source and buy materials and services from external suppliers and contractors to meet the operational requirements of internal stakeholdersPrepare and execute clear, structured negotiations with key suppliersDevelop commodity strategies and strong oversight with a focus on implementation to achieve exceptional results in cost reductions, quality, delivery and technologyLead and close contract negotiations while liaising closely with corporate legal teamRequirements:
Solid experience in contract writing and/or contract managementOutstanding communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectationsStrong negotiation skills and commercial acumenExceptional time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlineGood knowledge of Microsoft OfficeFluent English and ChineseBachelor Degree in Procurement, Business, Supply Chain or Finance related fieldsMember of Institute of Purchasing and Supply or other recognized organizations preferred
