Responsibilities: Manage strategic projects in accordance to the company’s Standards and Guidelines Ensure successful implementation of project delivery – keeping to scope, timeline, budget, quality and resources. Manage project associated risks, issues, changes, conflicts and business expectations to ensure minimal project impact. Govern the project implementation as per the approved design from the Architect Review Board. Analyze solution proposals, vendor quotations, architecture designs and cyber threat analysis reports to provide project estimation and project risk mitigation planPrepare business and operational requirements, budgeting, capital expenditure request and project request submissionArticulate technical complexity into business terms and orientation.
Perform as a good communicator across all IT, business, vendors and all impact areas. Address management escalation in timely mannerControl project financials and track budget vs spending in a full project life cycle Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Business Systems Management5 years' job experience in related area which inclusive of 3 years' management experiencePreferable experience in a large-scale system upgrade, migration and replacement projectsCertified Project Management Body (PMP, Six Sigma, PRINCE2, Scrum, etc)Fluent English and Cantonese
