The role is based at Workshop (CSC), UB and on a full time (Mon-Fri). JOB PURPOSE:

Working with the Company’s Planning team, the Maintenance Planner will provide consultative support for all maintenance activities that will fall within scope of the Company’s Planning strategy. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare the short-term & long-term plan by consulting with Planning, Workshop superintendent and organize weekly planning meeting for accurate planningAssist in management & WIP clerk of backlog and work in progress (WIP)Work with site planners to plan routable components rebuild (in and out)Track all components and maintenance through the systemMake sure the planned jobs have the required parts, materials and manpower and is executed with timeframe including major rebuilds and component rebuildsDevelop mechanical maintenance plans for all site equipment in accordance with contract requirements. Customize and develop Preventative Maintenance to suit site weekly and quarterly planning needs customers.

Make plans for the annual leave of workshop, labor hire on sites and annual medical checks and trainings when neededMake the plan the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inspection of the workshop equipment such as forklift, overhead crane, air compressor etc. ,Assist in the preparation of quotes for major works. Assist Management in developing rebuild budgets. Provide Management with monthly reporting and information analysis. Review the rebuild costs regularly in close liaison with the Parts and Service Manager & Workshop superintendent with a view to continually improving cost efficiencies for the contractJOB REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3 years’ of relevant working experienceProduct experience an advantageExperience at quoting/estimating/planningFluent in EnglishHighly developed time management and organizational skills. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interview
