What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?To conduct new research and development activities in nonwoven materials within an innovation approach by following competitive conditions, consumer expectations, and new technologies,To test the efficient use of developed prototypes on production lines and to carry out improvements in coordination with packaging development, production teams, and raw material suppliers,To create and develop formulation studies for personal care, industrial, and household cleaning and hygiene products in accordance with relevant standards and national regulations.
To perform performance tests of the developed products and coordinate their adaptation to production processes,To contribute to the development, maintenance, and creation of joint projects in cooperation with domestic and international universities, research institutions, and suppliers,To manage cost improvement and alternative sourcing activities required by competitive conditions. What kind of teammate are we looking for?Bachelor's and Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields,At least 2 years of experience in detergent, wet wipes and/or cosmetics technologies and production processes.
