What to expect:Over 27 months, you’ll rotate across teams to build a strong grounding in:Data fundamentals: Learn how data drives smarter decisions, from customer insights to risk management. Product development: See how data powers products that make a real difference to our customers. AI and Analytics: Discover how machine learning and automation are reshaping the way we think and work. Agentic AI & Automation: Get hands-on with next-generation AI automation platforms — helping to design, test, and deploy AI agents that transform how our internal teams work and deliver for customers. Alongside your rotations, you’ll complete a development programme — combining formal training, on-the-job projects, mentoring, and access to communities across Santander. You’ll also experiment with some of the latest AI tools and emerging technologies, learning how to safely and effectively bring innovation into a global financial services environment.Requirements:You don’t need to be a coding expert — just curious, analytical, and ready to learn. What we really want to see is your drive to grow and your passion for how data and AI can make things better for our customers.A Bachelor's degree in any discipline, as well as 112 UCAS points (top 3 A Level grades or equivalent excluding General Studies and Extended Project) Business acumen – understanding how data translates into strategy and valueTech savviness – getting hands-on with data tools, platforms and analyticsProblem-solving – turning complexity into clarity through insightCollaboration – working with experts across technology, product, and business teamsCuriosity for innovation — exploring how Data & AI can reimagine the colleague and customer experience and turning experimentation into real-world impact.
