Required Capabilities:Ability to independently lead project development, especially in the field of new energy project development and investment;Familiarity with local governments, especially energy regulatory authorities, IPPs, financial institutions, and power purchasers to provide project information and conduct preliminary project assessment.
Key Experience:Access to renewable energy project resources, or connections that can lead to such resources, such as relationships with local IPP management institutions;Understanding of power grid enterprises, manufacturing, and related industries;Familiarity with local market dynamics, policies, regulations, and the ability to build partnerships with local stakeholders and coordinate both domestic and international project development.
Basic Qualities:Over 5 years of work experience, preferably with experience in China or key local institutions;Basic writing and communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with local partners;Cross - cultural adaptability, result - oriented mindset, logical thinking, and a strong willingness to learn.
