Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for sales development and project implementation of the company’s solar PV microgrid and related energy storage solutions in the Bulgarian market. Develop and execute sales plans based on market demand to achieve annual and quarterly sales targets. Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with local customers and partners, including distributors, EPC contractors, government agencies, and large enterprise clients. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, and lead contract negotiations.

Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. Represent the company at local trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings. RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in solar PV, microgrid, or renewable energy sectors; energy storage experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of the Bulgarian renewable energy market, policies, and key stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluent in Bulgarian and English (both written and spoken); other European languages are a plus.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
