Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Drive market expansion and client acquisition for oil and gas equipment (fracturing, drilling rigs, coiled tubing, cementing, etc. ) in assigned regions. Identify and develop potential customers, build lasting relationships, and maintain accurate client & equipment records. Conduct regular client visits to understand market needs, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sales. Understand customer requirements, propose tailored product solutions, and negotiate and close contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction. Oversee order execution, coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, and manage after-sales support. Take ownership of accounts receivable, conduct regular reconciliations, minimize payment risks, and ensure timely collection.

Develop after-market business (parts, maintenance, retrofits) to increase customer engagement and recurring revenue. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Studies, or relevant language (e. g. , French). 3+ years of sales experience in petroleum fracturing equipment or related products; existing customer network in oil & gas is a plus. Proven ability to develop markets, manage accounts, identify client needs, and deliver effective solutions. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; resilience and willingness to work long-term at client sites. Proficiency in English/French; knowledge of local market practices and regulations preferred. We Offer: A competitive package and performance incentives.
