We support the individual SAP landscape of our customers in the private as well as in the public sector.Your tasksActive support for SAP users at 1st, 2nd, and 3rd levels using a ticket systemConduct error analysis and develop solution strategiesMonitor, optimize, configure, and advance the existing SAP system landscape (ERP / Solution Manager)Support the S/4 HANA databaseEstimate performance and provide relevant insightsYour experienceIn-depth knowledge in core SAP Basis areas (monitoring, performance, transportation, SAP infrastructure)Experience in SAP Basis support across various SAP landscapesProficiency in working with a ticket systemFamiliarity with release changesKnowledge of the Solution ManagerGood to haveExperience with diverse monitoring toolsAbility to work in international teamsExpertise in Cloud ALM, Focus RunFamiliarity with RISEKnowledge of BO (Business Objects)We are looking forward to receiving your application.Please include additional information: Your CV in English.
