Therefore, come join us and be part of the tech community inside our firm. Location: Bucharest, Sibiu, Cluj, Brasov, Timisoara and Iasi.Primary Functions And TasksSAP Basis AdministrationInstall, configure,upgrade and perform S4 conversion of SAP systems.Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.Manage transports, system copies, patches, and upgrades.System Maintenance & SupportMonitor and resolve technical issues in SAP systems, including database and OS-level issues.Manage user access, roles, and authorizations.Performance OptimizationAnalyze system logs, performance metrics, and recommend optimization strategies.Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.Security & ComplianceImplement and manage SAP security protocols.Perform users, roles, and authorizations managementWe are looking for: English and German advanced speakerSAP Basis Administration (5+ years)Extensive hands-on experience with SAP system installations, configurations, and upgrades.Experience on SAP S/4HANA Brownfield/Greenfield projects,Proficiency in managing complex SAP landscapes, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, and Solution Manager.SAP HANA ExpertiseGeneral experience with SAP HANA database administration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with migrations to SAP HANA or S/4HANA.System MaintenanceExperience with system monitoring, backups, disaster recovery planning, and high availability setups.Regular application of patches, kernel upgrades, and system refreshes.Integration and InterfacesStrong understanding of SAP system integration with third-party systems.Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform integration capabilities.Performance TuningProven ability to analyze and optimize system performance at the application, database, and infrastructure levels.Security and ComplianceExperience implementing and maintaining SAP security, including user management, roles, and authorizations.DocumentationExperience preparing technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.Communication and TeamworkEffective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience mentoring junior consultants and providing training to end-users.SAP certification in the technology areaOfferCompensation package:Our compensation package includes a fixed salary with yearly evaluation and quarterly performance-related bonus, meal tickets, Easter and Christmas gift vouchers, as well as seniority, referral bonus, and peer-to-peer recognition.
