About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Senior Delivery Lead to take ownership of SAP service delivery for a key enterprise customer. This role demands both technical depth and strategic oversight — ideal for someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced global environments and enjoys driving operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the single point of accountability for all SAP Basis service delivery and operations for one strategic enterprise customer.Lead and coordinate SAP technical workload across incident, change, and problem management, project planning, and continuous service improvement initiatives.Act as the primary liaison between the customer’s IT organization, internal delivery teams, and external subcontractors.Manage end-to-end SAP projects — including upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization — from planning through post-delivery review.Supervise and mentor the SAP Basis technical team, ensuring effective communication and performance management.Conduct regular service reviews, workload forecasts, and risk assessments to maintain SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.Participate in customer negotiations, prepare technical scopes, capacity plans, and resource allocation strategies.Oversee change management processes in line with ITIL standards and maintain accurate operational documentation.Serve as escalation and decision point for critical SAP operations and project challenges.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying automation and efficiency opportunities within the SAP landscape.QualificationsProven experience in SAP Basis delivery or operations leadership for enterprise environments.Strong understanding of SAP architecture, system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Solid grasp of ITIL framework and best practices in service delivery management.Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Spanish language skills are highly advantageous.Ideal CandidateYou are a proactive leader who combines technical expertise with delivery excellence.
