SAP Inventory Planning and Prioritisation Business Solutions Analyst partners with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions in inventory planning and allocation. Responsibilities include solution design, documentation, testing, training, data migration, and integration with SD and Inventory Management.Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to define requirements and collaborate with technology specialists to develop solutions in the inventory planning and allocation domain with SAP S4.Design and document functional solutions, including specifications for custom enhancements.Manage workstream deliverables and requirement documentation; drive functional solution decisions, test preparation and execution, and support cutover and hypercare.Support testing preparation and execution efforts (unit, regression, UAT) and deliver end-user training.Review and validate SAP OSS notes and simplification lists; propose functionality rollout approaches with associated benefits and risks.Support data migration and ensure planning-related data integrity.Maintain documentation for system configurations, process flows, and user guides.Provide end-user training and user testing support.Must Have SkillsAt least 8 years in SAP Inventory planning and prioritisation solutions implementation Deep knowledge of planning and allocation processes in SAP S/4HANA.Expertise in solutions such as: Available-to-Promise (ATP), Inventory prioritisation, Inventory allocation, Back-order processing, Product segmentation, OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.Strong understanding of integration with Sales and Distribution (SD) functions.Solid knowledge of integration with Inventory Management functions.Ability to interpret SAP simplification items and apply them to business processes.Strong skills in functional specification writing and cross-functional collaboration.Nice to haveExperience with SAP S/4HANA 2023 version, including upgrades and rollouts (considered a plus).Experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA product segmentation functionality (considered a plus).Excellent interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Result-oriented, structured, and organised.
