This role demands hands-on development and support capabilities, along with the ability to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using SAP BO 4.3Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading using Oracle SQLCollaborate with Japanese-speaking business users to gather requirements and deliver insightsProvide production support and troubleshoot issues across reporting platformsEnsure documentation and reporting standards are metRequired Skills:Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects development (v4.3 preferred)Strong command of Oracle SQL for data manipulation and analysisFluency in Japanese (read, write, and speak) for business communicationExperience working in cross-cultural teams and client-facing environmentsPreferred Candidate Profile:Currently based in Tokyo or MilanPrior experience in multinational or consulting environmentsAvailable for immediate onboarding
