You’ll play a key role in driving data and analytics initiatives, contributing to multiple implementations, and collaborating with stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize BI solutions across SAP and non-SAP environments.This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of on-site presence in the Netherlands and remote work flexibility.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to SAP BW/4HANA implementations (minimum 2 full-cycle projects).Perform gap analyses, and define strategic roadmaps and blueprints aligned with business goals.Design and maintain business processes in line with standard Identity Lifecycle methodologies.Develop and optimize data models and reports using AFO, ABAP, and AMDP.Integrate SAP BW, HANA, and BO with non-SAP systems, including Active Directory.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality BI solutions.Apply Agile principles in day-to-day development and sprint planning.Ensure system performance, scalability, and data integrity across integrated environments.Essential Skills & Experience✅ 8–10 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA development and data integration.✅ Practical experience with AFO, ABAP, and AMDP.✅ Strong understanding of HANA, BO, and non-SAP integrations.✅ Proven background in requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.✅ Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch proficiency is an advantage).✅ Familiar with Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery frameworks.Desirable Skills✨ Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, DBT, or GCP.✨ Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.✨ Quick learner with adaptability to complex business and technical environments.Why JoinEngage in strategic SAP data transformation projects in a dynamic, international setting.Hybrid work flexibility — balance between remote and on-site collaboration in Amsterdam.Work alongside talented professionals in a modern, innovation-driven environment.📩 Ready to make an impact?
