Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, develop and maintain customer relationships. Monitor the delivery to meet required quality within planned timeline and budget.Job DescriptionManage multiple project delivery teams to deliver sold solution and projects to assigned large clients, with primary focus on SAP Implementation projects to ensure projects are delivered successfully within schedule and budget.Manage and coordinate all SAP-related activitiesMonitor and report on project progress and track project risks.Work under fit-to-template concept to handle stakeholders’ requirements and expectationCoordinate and communicate with team members and stakeholders from different regionsLead and motivate team members throughout the duration of the project.Develops relationship with client stakeholders and become their trusted advisor. Actively scan and develop additional business opportunity and support opportunity pursuits till Win.Responsible to ensure assigned large account revenue annual profitability, forecasted revenue is met on year-on-year basis.Desired Skills & Experience8+ Years’ Experience in SAP implementation projectsProven success in winning SAP projects as a Solution Owner and Oral Presenter.Excellent English language oral communication, read, write.Prefer SAP Module capabilities in FICO / SD / MMBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldSolid understanding of project management principles, ability to work with cross-regional teams and stakeholdersExperience in manufacturing industry. Experience in Electrical Gear & Equipment’s is a plus.IT Delivery role, not only in Time & Material projects but also in complex Fixed Priced projects and shown ability to achieve project delivery on time, on budget and with good customer satisfaction.Excellent communication skill and shown ability to manage both external stakeholders and internal stakeholders.Highly analytical and excellent attention to detailBe able to travel, be able to work under pressure, sense of responsibility and accountability.
