SAP SuccessFactors ConsultantStockholm, Sweden – Hybrid Salary: SEK 800,000 to SEK 1,100,000/year (DOE) + Bonus Are you passionate about driving HR technology transformations and making a real impact for clients? We’re looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a team of innovative HR-tech specialists. You’ll work with leading organisations across the Nordics, helping them streamline HR operations, improve manager and employee experience, and get more out of their technology.What You’ll DoAct as the subject-matter expert and key contact for SuccessFactors consulting projects and support initiatives.Lead full-cycle implementations and provide ongoing support for modules such as Employee Central (and optionally others like Onboarding, etc.).Collaborate with project managers, HR/business stakeholders and cross-functional teams through discovery, design, configuration, testing and deployment phases.Ensure clients receive high-quality solutions that integrate HR processes, technology and strategy.Stay on top of the latest SuccessFactors releases and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.What We’re Looking ForProven hands-on experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central; experience in additional modules is a plus.Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (or equivalent) and a solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients, lead workshops and collaborate with internal teams.Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.Educational background in HR, IT/Tech, Business Administration or a related field.A curious mindset and passion for HR-tech, with a desire to grow your consulting career.What’s In It For YouHybrid work setup with flexibility – combining remote work with time in a centrally located office.Career growth opportunities, including professional certifications, development programs and expanded project responsibility.Competitive salary and bonus scheme, along with solid insurance and benefits.A supportive, fun team culture where knowledge is shared, wins are celebrated and you’re encouraged to bring your whole self to work.Sound interesting?
