ENABLING YOU TO SHAPE A BETTER TOMORROW Code number: J000017669 Entry level: Professionals Location: Bucharest, Cluj, Timisoara Organization: MHP - A Porsche Company Tasks Technically implement complex sets of rules for the conversion of data to be migratedHelp develop or evaluate the solutions proposed to various customers either during the project or during the pre-sale process as an expertDesign and hold internal and customer workshops independently or in a teamWork as a senior expert managing multiple projects in the subject area, considering a variety of products and domainsAdvise the customer throughout the entire project on all issues relating to data cleansing and data migration - from conception and planning to the integrative control of migration activitiesBring your expertise to design a solution portfolio - you will pick up new trends independently and develop our range of services in the area of SAP data migration, especially with regard to S/4HANAFacilitates project planning in detail, aligning customer expectations, project scope, cost budgets and managing riskMonitors multiple projects, identifies risks and issues in advance, and initiates appropriate corrective and preventive actions, ensuring the performance & the quality as per the project’s goalsEnsures compliance of various project management and monitoring processes within the organization and ensures compliance with project management principles, processes and standardsGuides the Customer to understand the project and the methodology and supports in decision-making during the project life cycleFacilitates change managementQualificationsMust-have:Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunications or comparable studies graduatedProgramming skills (ideally ABAP) and/or SQL knowledgeProfound knowledge (at least 6 years experience) in Data Migration projects with SAP technologies like LSMW, Migration Cockpit and/or Data ServicesProfound knowledge (at least 6 years experience) in one of the SAP SCM modules: MM, FI, CO, PP, SD etcExperience in both migrating data into SAP ERP and extracting data from SAP ERPQuick comprehension and a high level of logical thinkingInitiative and flexibility, independent and systematic in the approachStrong communication skills and excellent time managementOne of the below, ideally both:Profound knowledge (at least 5 years experience) in SAP R/3 and/or SAP S/4 systemsAt least 4 years of experience in one of the SAP modules: MM, FI, CO, PP, SD etcThings to know before departure: Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the monthWorking hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation daysEmployment contract: UnlimitedLine of work: ConsultingLanguage skills: Fluency in written and spoken English; German is a plusFlexibility & willingness to travelOther: a valid work permit Exclusive look behind the scenes At MHP, you will continuously grow with your projects and objectives in an innovative and supportive environment.
