SAP EWM Consultant (Ref:sngFo)

We are looking for our client, a Leading Pharmaceutical Company, to hire a SAP EWM Consultant.As an SAP EWM Consultant, you will have a good understanding of the SAP EWM solution and its’ integration with other solution components of the S/4HANA Suite as well as a high-level understanding of the integration between the different technology platforms.What you would do & responsibilities:Requirements validation with business and ITFunctional specifications, create or review solution concept & designs and technical specificationsSystem Integration Tests, country tests, User Acceptance Tests and other test cyclesIssue handling / ticket resolution (including debugging)Regular user supportResponsible for the Change Requests that come up from business or during ProjectsPreparation of decision papers for technical recommendationsGuidance & coaching of other, less experienced colleagues for knowledge transferSupport of SAP Program Management upon evaluation, prioritization of Procurement topics / requirementsDevelopment of documentation for SAP solutions and SOP’sRequirements:Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go-Live of implementation projectsDemonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops, meetings with internal and external Customers or PartnersDemonstrate the ability to transfer Customer processes into S/4 Digital Supply Chain ProcessesAct as a trusted adviser to the Internal Business Team on functional topicsManage internal customer expectations and avoid any escalationsAt least 3 years of proven professional experience working as an EWM consultant or business SME in larger complex SAP EWM implementation projects.Have depth knowledge in SAP EWM solutions (embedded, standalone) over multiple years, ideally covering at least 3+ full implementation life cycles of SAP EWM or WMShow a proven deliver experience in projects that have included EWM associated processes like: Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse task such as stock take, bin to bin movements etc.. and Master Data maintenanceHad exposure to and can navigate within the SAP EWM functional processes that get fed from and drive other business processesKnowledge of industry trends in Supply Chain Management process and best practices (where applicable)ABAP development skills a plusUniversity degree - Informatics, Computer Science, Polytechnics, EconomicsSolid knowledge of Supply Chain Management business processesWell-developed Customer focusGood presentation and communication skillsAbility to work independentlyAnalytical, results-driven and have a solution-oriented approachAbility to coach/mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting services.SAP Solution Certification is a plusBusiness English (mandatory)What our client is offering:A cohesive team that will support your accommodation in the companyA cozy relaxing zone where you can socialize with the people you work with or simply enjoy in silence your work breakA job where your professional development through challenging projects, workshops, seminars, training or managerial support is a priorityA working environment where performance is at its peak and your ideas can make the differenceA place where your success is properly rewardedEqual Opportunity EmployerRSight® is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity in the workplace.
