Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant – Public Cloud Location: Hanoi/HoChiMinh English: Required Duration : 6-12 Months About the Role:We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant – Public Cloud to support our SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation journey. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) within the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment. You will play a key role in implementing finance-related solutions, ensuring alignment with SAP standard best practices, and driving system adoption across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Implement and configure SAP FI and CO modules in the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document finance and controlling requirements.Deliver core finance processes such as:General Ledger AccountingAccounts Payable / ReceivableAsset AccountingCost Center AccountingInternal OrdersProfit Center AccountingUtilize SAP Best Practices and the SAP Activate methodology to guide solution design and deployment.Configure systems using Self-Service Configuration UIs (SSCUIs) within the Public Cloud.Plan and execute data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing, along with end-user training and post-go-live support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SD, MM, HCM) to ensure process integration.Provide continuous improvement and post-implementation support.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.3–5 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, including at least 1 year in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.Strong functional knowledge of Financial Accounting (FI) and Management Accounting (CO).Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps, Manage Your Solution, and Public Cloud configuration tools.Experience using SAP Best Practices and SAP Activate methodology.Understanding of In-App Extensibility for SAP Cloud solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.SAP S/4HANA Finance Public Cloud Certification is a plus.Preferred Skills:Experience with SAP Central Finance or Group Reporting.Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for financial reporting.Familiarity with integration to external systems (e.g., tax engines, banks).Exposure to cloud compliance, audit controls, and data privacy features.
