SAP Finance Lead (Superhero) Leader/ConsultantLocation: Oslo, NorwayAre you an experienced SAP Finance professional who thrives in a consulting environment?We’re looking for a SAP Finance Lead Consultant to help head up our finance services team and help clientsachieve smarter, more efficient financial operations through SAP S/4HANA.Do you have the ambition to become a SAP Superhero?What you will do:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SAP Finance consultants.Deliver high-quality SAP Finance solutions that drive real business value.Engage with clients through workshops and needs analyses to understand their goals.Design, configure, and implement SAP Finance processes based on best practices.Support clients throughout their transformation journey from concept to go-live.Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.Contribute to pre-sales activities, proposals, and client presentations.Promote knowledge sharing and foster a culture of collaboration and learning.Strong focus on the new SAP ERP public cloudWhat you will bring:5+ years of SAP Finance (S/4HANA) experience, including configuration and implementation.Proven experience leading consulting teams or strong ambition to take that step.Solid understanding of financial processes and SAP best practices.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Relevant degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or related field.SAP Finance certifications (preferred).Proficiency in Norwegian, both spoken and written.If you want to become a SAP "Superhero" for tomorrow, talk to us!Salary - up to 1.3 m NOK!You’ll be joining a forward-thinking and collaborative consulting team dedicated to helping organizations modernize their finance functions with SAP.If you’re ready to lead, inspire, and make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
