SAP Project Manager (m/f/d) – 6 Month Contract | Hybrid | Start date: As soon as possible | Vienna About the RoleWe are supporting a leading international research and technology institution undergoing a major digital transformation. With SAP as the core platform for finance, procurement, and HR, the organisation is seeking an SAP Project Manager (FI/CO) to drive key initiatives, including the S/4HANA conversion and process optimisation across finance and controlling.You will manage end-to-end SAP projects, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth, efficient financial processes within a fast-growing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage SAP FI/CO projects from planning to implementation.Translate business requirements into SAP solutions with internal teams and external partners.Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure timely project delivery.Optimise financial and controlling processes and oversee system enhancements.Support the SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion and related initiatives.Act as the main point of contact for FI/CO topics and system developments.Prepare documentation, provide training, and ensure compliance with internal controls.Your ProfileProven project management experience, ideally within SAP environments.Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO modules and financial processes.Technical acumen with the ability to link business and IT needs.Degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Working language: English (German knowledge an advantage).
