SAP Finnish Payroll Specialist

Enzo Tech Group are partnering with a leading European HR and payroll solutions provider, to identify a Payroll Specialist – Finland to strengthen their Nordic payroll delivery function.This is a hands-on functional position, ideal for a Finnish payroll professional with strong SAP experience who enjoys both operational ownership and direct client interaction.Key Responsibilities:• Run and validate end-to-end Finnish payroll cycles in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Payroll Control Center (PCC).• Ensure full compliance with Finnish payroll legislation and taxation requirements.• Manage client queries, monthly governance calls, and payroll reviews acting as the trusted payroll point of contact.• Support onboarding and testing for new client migrations, including UAT and parallel runs.• Monitor PCC dashboards, identify errors, and drive continuous process improvements.• Collaborate closely with internal teams across Finance, Time, and HR for seamless payroll integration.• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and documentation for the Finnish payroll delivery line.Required Skills & Qualifications:• 5–10 years’ experience in Finnish payroll operations, including end-to-end processing and statutory compliance.• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central Payroll / ECP) and Payroll Control Center (PCC).• Strong understanding of Finnish payroll, social security, and tax legislation.• Experience working with SAP HCM or on-prem payroll considered a plus.• Excellent Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting tasks.• Client-facing experience comfortable managing stakeholder communication and service reviews.• Fluent in English and Finnish (both required).• Experience in an international or shared services environment is an advantage.Contract Details:• Type: Freelance / Fixed-term (6–12 months, extendable)• Location: Finland preferred; remote from EU possible with occasional travel (every 2–3 months)• Start Date: Immediate
