SAP Functional Business Analyst

JOTIS S.A., a leading company in the food industry, is seeking a SAP Functional Business Analyst to join its dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of SAP S4 projects, ensuring that high-quality system solutions support the company's business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesGain a strong understanding of the business landscape and processes from a detailed system-level perspectiveWork collaboratively with stakeholders, colleagues, and strategic partners across a portfolio of SAP S4 projectsLead the analysis of requirements at the system level and ensure the creation of a high-quality system specification for the required solutionPrepare test scenarios and lead execution and dress rehearsalsEnsure quality and consistency of solution design through go-live and post-implementation stagesTrain end users on new solutions and provide support during the cutover phaseRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field3+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale SAP deployment, support, and/or upgrade projectsProven analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and incident resolution abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage user supportStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environmentFluency in English, both written and spokenCBAP certification and/or any SAP certification will be considered an advantage🚀Ready to make an impact in a company that blends tradition with innovation?Join JOTIS S.A. and be part of our digital transformation journey!
