Senior SAP IBP Consultant (Freelance - Long-Term Contract) - French-speaker 📍 Location: Remote and On-site near Brussels (less than 1 hour from Brussels) 🕒 Contract Duration: Immediate start until April 2027 (approx. 1.5 years) 💼 Engagement: Full-time freelance contract 🌐 Languages: French (mandatory), English (preferred) 🏢 On-site Requirement: 2 weeks per month on-site for the first 3 months, then flexible/hybridAbout the RoleWe are urgently seeking a Senior SAP IBP Consultant to join our team for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation project with a leading Belgian client.The project is in its realization phase, and you will be engaged throughout the entire lifecycle, including the go-live planned in approximately 15 months.This is an excellent opportunity for a French-speaking SAP IBP expert to play a key role in shaping and delivering advanced Integrated Business Planning solutions supporting production planning, forecasting, and inventory management.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of SAP IBP solutions for production planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and align IBP functionalities with business needs.Configure and optimize SAP IBP modules integrated with SAP S/4HANA.Support system migration, testing, and deployment in alignment with best practices.Work closely with technical consultants, business analysts, and project managers to ensure seamless delivery.Identify and resolve implementation challenges, maintaining project timelines.Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions to support user adoption.Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement of IBP solutions.Maintain comprehensive documentation for transparency and audit readiness.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of SAP IBP experience, including end-to-end implementation and configuration.Proven expertise in SAP IBP modules (Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Production Planning).Strong integration knowledge with SAP S/4HANA.Deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, and production processes.Solid grasp of SAP best practices and process modelling within IBP.Excellent configuration and analytical skills.Strong communicator and team player with leadership capabilities.Experience working in multinational and remote teams.Why Join?Engage in a strategic, long-term S/4HANA project with a reputable Belgian organization.Opportunity to lead the IBP stream in a collaborative and innovative environment.Flexible working model, part-remote, part-onsite (near Brussels).Competitive freelance daily rate and long-term stability.Start Date: ImmediateLocation: Hybrid (near Brussels - <1h drive)Duration: Until April 2027Languages: French (mandatory), English (preferred)Apply now or send your profile to ilona@senovo-it.com.
