SAP Logistics Functional Consultant – Mobile Integration

As SAP Integration Specialist, you will join a long-term digital transformation program implementing a new greenfield SAP S/4HANA platform supporting logistics operations. You’ll work as part of a specialized SAP team maintaining and extending the solution that keeps mobile warehouse operations running across multiple workshops.Your focus will be on SAP–mobile integration, specifically around Zebra Psion scanners, Smarttek, and SAP RF/WM modules. You’ll ensure smooth operations, lead functional testing, and contribute to solution improvements and upgrades in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide functional support for Smarttek / Zebra Psion SAP integrations in logistics environments.Advise on SAP best practices in warehouse management and mobility.Support system upgrades and conduct functional testing before go-live.Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide hypercare support after go-live.Act as the first line of contact for incidents and service requests (via ServiceNow).Participate in improvement projects leveraging new mobile and warehousing technologies.What are we looking for?Must-Have SkillsSAP & IntegrationProven experience with Smarttek–SAP integrations (10+ years).Strong functional knowledge of SAP RF, SAP WM, and SAP S/4HANA logistics.Minimum 3 implementations of Smarttek solutions.At least 3 end-to-end project integrations with Zebra Psion Omni scanners in a warehousing context.Mobile & Hardware PlatformsHands-on experience with Zebra mobile devices and Windows Mobile environments.Knowledge of TekTerm and Microsoft Windows Server upgrades.Other RequirementsExperience working with ServiceNow for ticket trackingFluency in English (French and/or Dutch are a plus).Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with SAP EWM integration.What do we offer?Location: Brussels (Hybrid)Start date: As soon as possibleEnd date: December 30, 2028Contract: Freelance or Permanent
