We are seeking a visionary SAP Manager to lead and oversee SAP processes within our manufacturing company. This strategic leadership role involves planning and executing SAP projects, managing global rollout initiatives, and driving system improvements across all modules.Key Responsibilities:Manage, improve, and sustain all SAP modules across the organizationPlan, lead, and finalize SAP integration and international rollout projectsGuide ABAP development activities and define technical standardsManage relationships with consulting firms and coordinate effort and budget planningAnalyze business unit requests and deliver effective SAP module solutionsLead and mentor SAP project teamsPropose system efficiency improvements by following emerging technologiesActively participate in international SAP transition projects and coordinate with global teamsQualifications:Excellent command of English (written and spoken)Advanced knowledge of SAP modules and proven project management experienceStrong technical expertise in ABAP developmentExperience in consultant management and effort planningHands-on experience in SAP integration and international rollout projectsBackground in both consulting firms and manufacturing companiesPreferably knowledgeable in CRM moduleStrong leadership, communication, and team management skills
