Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Provide Level 2 support for SAP MDG processes addressing and resolving incidents and service requests.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal functionality.Collaborate with Level 1, Level 3 support and cross-functional teams to ensure resolution of complex issues and successful project deliveryConfigure and customize SAP MDG to meet business requirements related to master data management.Develop functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW).Work with ABAP developers to implement custom solutionsAnalyze current MDG processes and recommend improvements.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across the SAP landscape.Implement data governance policies and procedures to maintain high data quality standards.Conduct regular data quality audits and implement corrective actions.Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning.Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.Participate in SAP implementation and upgrade projects, providing expertise in MDG.Conduct testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testingEnsure compliance with company policies, industry standardsImplement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data within the SAP systemTechnology Stack Used & Required Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP MDG, with at least 2 years in a support or maintenance role.Proficiency in SAP MDG configuration and customization.Strong understanding of master data management principles and data governance.Experience with integration points between SAP MDG and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI).Basic knowledge of ABAP programming and debuggingThe Rest of the qualities, you know them: Leading and organizing teams of various sizesClient Facing SkillsTravel Availability (short/long term)Flexibility in using different technologies/ platformsAbility to shift gears quickly and cope with changeAnalytical & Detail OrientedConfident, proactive and self-motivatedDisciplined and “Team first approach” orientedBenefits:Employee Assistance ProgramCareer Counselling30 day paid time offHybrid working regimeOptions to buy sharesRelocation BonusLuxury health & dental insuranceLife insuranceBonuses for special occasionsCertificationFood vouchersMultisport cardsFuel card/Public transport card#LI_EU
