Job Position Title: SAP OCM ConsultantMandatory Skills : SAP OCM, Prosci ADKAR Lead the people related People Change Management work streams in client facing large scale SAP S/4 HANA business transformation initiatives.Partner with LTIMindtree’s clients to define the change management strategy and Case for Change.Apply a structured change methodology and framework (either Clients defined) to lead change management activities, tailor as required to meet the client specific needs, e.g. Prosci ADKARResponsible for managing the end-to-end change management deliverables across the 4 pillars, to include, for example:Stakeholder analysis and management.Change Governance and change escalation.Change Management activities including Change Impact Assessment (CIA) & business readiness assessment and interventions.Build and facilitate networks of change champions as appropriateEmpathize with the clients need and develop a persona centric change strategy, roadmap, persona mapping and journeys to improve adoption.Support training efforts - Provide input, document requirements, and support the design, planning and delivery of training programs.Support communication efforts - Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.About CLPS RiDiK:RiDiK is a global technology solutions provider and a subsidiary of CLPS Incorporation (NASDAQ: CLPS), delivering cutting-edge end-to-end services across banking, wealth management, and e-commerce.
