As part of the multibillion-dollar diversified CKA Birla Group, Birlasoft with its 12,000+ professionals, is committed to continuing the Group’s 170-year heritage of building sustainable communities.Role: RCM and Onboarding ConsultantExperience: 2 to 5 YearsLocation: NoidaRequired Experience:Should have at least 1 End to End Implementation exp in RCM and Onb 2.0.Creating the process flow for onboarding for different countries.Should have a knowledge of standard integrations.Well versed on MDF objects, templates configuration in onboarding.Having good knowledge on permissions.Good knowledge on third party integration systems with Onboarding 2.0.Recruiting Templates configuration, like job requisition, application and offer.Good understanding skills relating to issues and provide the quick action.Having a certification on onboarding is better.Should have at least 1 support projects experience in RCM (Recruiting Management).Monitoring the support tickets and take immediate actions.Focus on SAP releases and updates and act on it.Good Knowledge on DocuSign configuration and support related activities.Good communication skills
