You’ll play a pivotal role in turning complex HR processes into efficient, automated systems that make a real impact.What You’ll DoLead end-to-end SAP Payroll implementations across multiple project phases.Act as a trusted partner to clients—translating business needs into smart technical solutions.Configure, test, and deliver error-free, maintainable SAP HCM and Payroll solutions.Provide expert functional and technical support to ensure smooth go-lives.Produce clear documentation and keep stakeholders informed with progress reports.Balance project priorities and deadlines with precision and professionalism.Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement—innovating and challenging existing ways of working.What You’ll BringBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.Proven experience implementing SAP HCM solutions, ideally with 3+ Swiss Payroll rollouts.Deep understanding of Swiss payroll legislation and processes.Strong analytical skills and a knack for solving complex problems under pressure.Fluent in German and English (Italian or French is a plus).A customer-first mindset with accountability, attention to detail, and discretion in handling sensitive data.Why You’ll Love It HereThis is more than a consultancy role—it’s an opportunity to join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
