SAP PP Consultant

El Salam for Contracting & General Supplying is looking to hire:-SAP PP ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant with deep expertise in production planning (PP) and a considerable background knowledge of Sales and Distribution (SD) within the construction and manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP Configurable Material concepts and with a background in either concrete batching plants, glass production, wood processing, cement-based materials, or aluminum manufacturing is a plus.SAP PP Responsibilities:- Implement and configure SAP Production Planning (PP) for discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing.- Design and optimize BOMs (Bills of Materials), routings, work centers, and production versions for various industries.- Work extensively with Configurable Material (Variant Configuration – VC) to support customizable products.- Manage MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to ensure optimal inventory levels and production schedules.- Support and enhance Shop Floor Control, Capacity Planning, and Production Order Management.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with SAP MM, SD, and FICO.- Provide support for Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) production processes.SAP SD Responsibilities:- Assist in configuring and supporting the Order-to-Cash cycle (sales order, delivery, billing).- Maintain SD-related master data (customers, pricing, materials).- Support SD process testing and documentation.- Contribute to integration efforts with PP, PS, MM, and FICO.- Participate in training, UAT, and go-live support.- Ensure smooth execution of sales operations with end-user focus.Required Qualifications:A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and a good background on SAP SD.Strong expertise in Configurable Material (SAP VC) and complex product structures.Proven ability to design and optimize end-to-end production and maintenance processes.Knowledge of SAP Fiori Apps for PP and PM is a plus.Experience in SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with Integration of PP/SD with MM, PS, and FICO.Understanding of subcontracting and external manufacturing in SAP.Familiarity with batch management and serialization in production environment-For interested candidates submit your resumes at anas.magdy@elsalam-construction.com, or on WhatsApp ( 01111786522 ) please do not hesitate to mention the job title in the subject line.Good luck to all of you.
