SAP Project Manager (AMS)Must be based in Angola ONLYRemitLead the End-to-End Customer Journey: Plan and execute the full transition and operational lifecycle of customers into our AMS service, taking full ownership of the engagement, budget, reporting, and invoicing.Drive Delivery Success: Lead involved delivery units to ensure transitions are completed within budget, time, and quality standards.Service Delivery Management (SDM): Serve as the SDM for a utility customer, managing their diverse portfolio of projects and Application Support & Maintenance, including SAP, Custom Apps, SaaS, and Mobility solutions.Set Global Standards: Constantly improve our SAP AMS transition management methodology and establish global quality standards.Strategic & Quality Focus: Develop and implement rigorous quality plans for AMS customers and delivery partners, and provide solution design for complex AMS proposals.Relationship & Escalation Management: Maintain excellent customer relationships, de-escalate critical customer situations, and manage the overall end-to-end projects/services within your control.Support Business Growth: Actively support pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, and deal closure.Mentor and Coach: Act as a coach and mentor to other team members, fostering growth and expertise.SkillsExperience: 10+ years of proven experience in managing large-scale Projects/Programs, preferably within IT Services, Outsourcing, AMS, or Hosting engagements.Project Management Expertise: Strong project management skills are a must. ITIL v3 certification and/or significant experience in SAP consulting/managing SAP projects is highly preferred.Domain Knowledge: Good understanding of SAP's strategy, products, services, and organizational structure..For immediate consideration please send me your latest CV
