Indonesian SAP Project ManagerRole: Indonesian SAP Project ManagerLocation: Remote with travel to Serpong (Jakarta), Indonesia officeStart Date: January 5th, 2026End Date: June 30th, 2026 (extension possible)DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced SAP project manager to assist our customer with the rollout of SAP S/4 HANA to Indonesia, one of the first roll-outs in a global roll-out of SAP S/4 HANA.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full project lifecycle for the Indonesia SAP implementation, including initiation, planning, execution, cutover, go-live, and hypercareDevelop and maintain a detailed project plan, ensuring alignment with global PMO standards, tools, and methodologiesLead project management routines including RAID management, status reporting, and stakeholder communications to global and local leadershipCoordinate and oversee matrixed resources across business process, data, change, testing, and technical teamsMonitor project performance, proactively manage risks/issues, and drive resolution to keep the program on trackAct as the primary point of contact for leadership, ensuring transparency of progress, escalations, and decision-makingEnsure strong integration between global program requirements and local business needQualifications10+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record delivering multiple full-cycle SAP implementationsPrior experience rolling out SAP to IndonesiaStrong understanding of SAP deployment lifecycles, covering planning, build, testing, cutover, and hypercareExperience leading matrixed teams across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groupsExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environmentsFamiliarity with global PMO tools and standards (e.g., ADO, Smartsheet, SharePoint, RAID management)Location: Preferably based in Indonesia; candidates in India with willingness to travel will also be considered
