Job Description
Required Skills: • 10–12 years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years in project management roles. • Strong functional understanding of SAP SCM modules – MM, SD, PP, EWM, and TM. • Proven experience in managing full-cycle SAP S/4HANA SCM implementations. • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile project delivery. • Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Cloud ALM. • Knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory, logistics, and manufacturing.Preferred Skills:•PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.•SAP certification in any SCM module or S/4HANA.•Exposure to SAP IBP, SAP Signavio, or SAP LeanIX.• Experience in managing hybrid delivery models and global rollouts.Soft Skills: •Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. •Excellent communication and negotiation skills. •Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes in a dynamic environmentRole Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to lead SAP implementation projects across manufacturing, retail, or logistics domains. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP SCM modules such as MM, SD, PP, EWM, and TM, combined with proven project management capabilities and familiarity with cloud transformation initiatives like RISE and GROW with SAP.
