Interested candidates please send your updated CV to shreya.verma@lancesoft.com or feel free to DM me directly!Job Title: SAP Retail ConsultantDuration: Full TimeLocation: Dubai, UAERole OverviewLead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Retail implementations covering MM, SD, and core retail processes.Act as the Retail SME to support merchandising, pricing, seasons, promotions, and store operations.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into SAP solutions.Design, configure, and test SAP S/4HANA Retail modules and retail scope items (Article Master, Assortments, Pricing, Promotions).Support store operations such as replenishment, inventory management, returns, and DC ordering.Manage Fit-to-Standard, gap analysis, and RICEFW documentation.Drive data migration activities and define functional specifications for interfaces, reports, and enhancements.Collaborate with integration teams for POS, Shopify, 3PL, and other omni-channel solutions.Deliver user training, create SOPs, and provide Level 2/3 post-implementation support.Qualifications5–8 years of SAP Retail consulting experience with strong exposure to S/4HANA Retail, MM, SD.Hands-on experience with retail processes, merchandising, article lifecycle, inventory, and pricing.Proficient with data migration tools (LSMW, BAPIs) and integration technologies (IDocs, OData, APIs).Strong understanding of SAP WMS, Fiori apps, and cycle counting.Mandatory SAP certification in S/4HANA Retail/MM/SD.Preferred SkillsExperience with omni-channel retail operations and platforms such as POS or Shopify.Knowledge of MuleSoft or similar middleware.Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.Proven capability in driving full-cycle SAP implementations.#SAPS4HANA #SAPRetail #SAPMM #SAPSD #RICEFW #DataMigration #SAPFiori#Integration #RetailOperations #Merchandising#Pricing #InventoryManagement #OmnichannelRetail
