SAP S/4 HANA PP/PI and Opcenter MOM Consultant

We are looking forSAP S/4 HANA PP/PI and Opcenter MOM Consultant to work for our customer Metso. Metso offer a broad range of products and services for our customers in the aggregates, minerals processing and metals refining industries. The projects are performed in a global scale.Required Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in SAP PP functionalities, including material requirement planning (MRP Live) and capacity planning. Experience with production order management, shop floor control, and demand management. Familiarity or experience with ePPDS will be a plus. Strong understanding of SAP PI functionalities, including master recipes, resources, and process orders. Proficiency in managing production processes specific to transformation industries such as foundries. Experience with process management, including the coordination of communication between PP-PI and process control during the execution of process orders.Expertise in SAP PP-PI processes, including recipe management, batch management and process order execution. In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, including its integration capabilities and best practices for ERP implementation. Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA modules such as Material Management (MM), Quality Management (QM) and Plant Maintenance (PM). Experience with Siemens Opcenter MOM software, including its functionalities for managing, monitoring, and optimizing production processes. Ability to integrate Opcenter MOM with SAP S/4 HANA for real-time data exchange and process synchronization. Proficiency in modules such as manufacturing execution, quality management, production planning and scheduling, and enterprise manufacturing intelligence. Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Proficiency in configuring SAP PP and PI modules to meet business requirements. Experience in customizing SAP S/4 HANA and Opcenter MOM systems for optimal performance. Ability to customize and configure SAP modules to meet specific business requirements. Understanding production planning and control processes to optimize production efficiency. Capability to analyze and improve business processes to align with SAP and Opcenter MOM integration. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teamsAbility to provide training and guidance to end-users on SAP PP and Opcenter MOM functionalities. Excellent spoken and written English. Planned allocation: first 4 months 40% . Starting date as soon as possible until end on February 2026.Location: Espoo or remote.
