About the job msg Plaut Hungary is expanding its SAP Consulting team to support the growing demand for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects across Europe and beyond. We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP SD Consultant who is passionate about designing high-quality solutions, advising clients on best practices, and leading business transformation initiatives. If you have solid experience in SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution, enjoy working in a collaborative consulting environment, and want to contribute to international projects within a dynamic organization, we would be happy to meet you. Who we are looking for  At least 10 years of SAP experience, including at least 5 years in consulting with multiple full lifecycle implementation projects. Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD), including configuration, integration, and process design. Proven ability to lead client workshops, gather requirements, and design to-be processes in cooperation with business and IT stakeholders. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is a strong advantage (knowledge of fit-to-standard and Activate methodology). Capability to manage client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and support decision-making at both business and IT levels. Experience in cross-functional integration (especially with MM, FI, CO, and logistics execution: warehousing, transportation). Ability to mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management. Experience with intercompany, third-party, and ATP processes. Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving and solution design. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, including experience with senior stakeholders. Proactive, collaborative team player with a strong consulting mindset. Fluent English (both written and spoken) required; German is an advantage. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with SAP innovations. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality consulting outcomes and build trusted relationships. Your future role  Participate in national and international – msg global level – SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. Lead and deliver consulting activities across the full project lifecycle – from fit-to-standard analysis and solution design to testing, training, and go-live support. Conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders to identify requirements, map processes, and propose optimized solutions based on SAP Best Practices. Perform fit-gap analyses, recommend standardized and scalable solutions, and document business process deviations and enhancement needs. Design SAP SD solutions aligned with customer business models and S/4HANA Cloud standards. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (FI/CO, MM, PP, EWM, TM) to ensure integrated end-to-end process coverage. Take ownership of configuration, testing, and key user enablement activities. Prepare and deliver training sessions, solution documentation, and cutover support. Ensure compliance with legal and fiscal requirements (e.g. invoicing, tax, electronic document exchange) in solution design. Act as a trusted advisor to client key users and management, contributing to successful project outcomes. Provide coaching and guidance to junior consultants, sharing best practices and encouraging knowledge development. Contribute to internal solution development, pre-sales activities, and continuous improvement of msg Plaut methodologies.  What we offer  Opportunity to participate in challenging national and international SAP projects, contributing to your professional growth. An inspiring international consulting community, where collaboration and innovation drive our success. A knowledge-sharing culture that values expertise, mentoring, and mutual development. Dynamic and supportive team environment with a focus on professionalism and trust. The agility of a boutique consultancy combined with the resources and stability of a global organization. Flexible work arrangements with a hybrid model, based on actual project assignments. Autonomy and trust in managing your work schedule and client responsibilities Daily use of English in an international setting, with opportunities for global exposure Competitive compensation package, including market-relevant salary and cafeteria benefits. If you are interested the offer please send your resume to the email address below:kamilla.toth@msg-plaut.hu
