Job Description
Job ResponsibilityEnsure that all issue tickets related to services provided by TDS are registered and assigned to the relevant PICProvide support to end-users for various issues and/or new system requests directed to Tempo Data SystemIdentify, analyze, and resolve system functionality problemsMonitoring problems or new system requests to provide accurate and timely solutionsTesting new programs or projects, corrections, and other requests, prepare test data and scenarios, and ensure that the User Acceptance Test (UAT) results are accepted and correctly used by the userQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems with minimum GPA 3,001 year of experience in the Service Desk fieldStrong understanding of SAP processes relevant to the fieldKnowledge of the assigned moduleStrong attention to detailCapable of identifying and analyzing problemsExcellent communication and administrative skills
