You’ll collaborate across all functions to ensure cost accuracy, build robust reporting, and configure SAP so it runs smoothly throughout the organization. If you enjoy solving problems pragmatically and working cross-functionally, we’d love to hear from you.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs our SAP Specialist, you will:Own core FI/CO processes: cost center accounting, internal orders, profit center accounting, and product costing.Provide day-to-day support for users on cost-related topics (e.g., hours, material costs, project costs) and resolve incidents with a service mindset.Deliver training to end users and key users to ensure cost postings, master data, and month-end processes are correct and efficient.Configure SAP (IMG settings) for FI/CO and related integrations; document designs, test changes, and deploy with strong change control.Develop and maintain reporting together with Finance (including SAP standard reports, SAP Query, and Report Painter).Collaborate with stakeholders in Finance and Operations to improve closing, controlling, and project costing processes.Manage enhancements, data consistency, and integration with MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and PP (Production Planning).What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking someone who combines deep SAP know-how with a practical, improvement-driven mindset.Must-havesSAP system expertise with hands-on configuration for FI/CO.Experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.Proficiency in cost center accounting, internal orders, profit center accounting, and product costing.Ability to generate and maintain reports using SAP standard tools (SAP Query, Report Painter).Strong communication skills and a training-oriented approach with end users.Strong plusesKnowledge of SD (Sales and Distribution); solid understanding of integration points with MM (Materials Management), and PP (Production Planning).Experience supporting month-end close, project/system rollouts, or data migration.Analytical skills for building meaningful cost and profitability reporting with business stakeholders.Familiarity with testing and change management practices (e.g., documenting functional specs, UAT).Education & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Industrial Management, Information Systems, Accounting/Controlling, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience in a manufacturing or project-driven environment is beneficial.English proficiency.Why You’ll Love It HereReal ownership of end-to-end FI/CO processes and reporting that the business uses every day.Close collaboration across functions —see your work translate into accurate costs and better decisions.A culture that values continuous improvement, clear standards, and practical results.Opportunities to train others, share knowledge, and make SAP simpler and more reliable for everyone.Discover what it’s like to work with us — explore our culture and peopleLearn more about Beneq by watching a greeting from our CEOApply NowSend your application via the link by November 12th.
