SAP SuccessFactors Module Leads – Project Based (Remote)

We’re building a project bench for an HR-Tech consultancy operating across Europe and global clients. We’re looking for experienced SuccessFactors Specialists who can lead workshops, guide clients, and configure their modules with confidence.Available Roles:• Succession & Development• Performance & Goals (PMGM)• Compensation• Variable Pay• Learning (LMS)These are project-based consulting roles. You join for specific implementations, with the option to take on more work as new projects open.Responsibilities:• Run client workshops and understand business needs• Design practical, scalable solutions• Perform hands-on configuration in your module• Align your module with the wider Talent Suite• Work directly with international HR and IT stakeholdersRequirements:• Multiple full-cycle implementations in your module• Strong workshop and stakeholder management skills• Confident hands-on configuration ability• Solid communication in English (German is a plus)• Able to work independently and deliver reliablyLocation:Fully remote (EU-friendly hours preferred)To Apply:Email your CV + module focus area to: freelance@taskflowsolutions.co.za
