This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.Position title: SAP Support Center Network iXp Intern – Executive AssistantLocation: São Leopoldo, BrazilExpected start date to end date: Jan/2026 – Jan/2028 Please add your resume in EnglishProvide daily administrative and operational support to the Support Center Network Head, maintaining ongoing alignment to address ad hoc priorities and strategic requests.Coordinate and manage the Support Center Network Head’s calendar, ensuring alignment and prioritization of key activities.Schedule and organize team meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and one-on-one meetings between the manager and team members, including meeting moderation and preparation of meeting minutes and follow-up actions.Plan, book, and manage travel arrangements for the Support Center Network Head — including flights, hotels, and ground transportation — and support with expense reporting and reconciliations.Organize and coordinate executive visits to the Labs, including agenda design, logistics, and local arrangements.Provide operational support to Support Center Leads and Coordinators, ensuring smooth daily operations and overall center health.Support global communications and governance initiatives, ensuring consistency and transparency across regions.Assist in the execution and monitoring of global projects cascaded to all Support Centers worldwide.Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials for leadership and governance reviews.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and knowledge sharing across the Support Center network.What You’ll BringWe’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious.
