Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionThe OpportunityIn this position, you report into the Group Regional Deployment Lead and he is leading the Aspire program Deployment waves in the Finance domain for the EMEA region of our Aspire Global template SAP S4HANA ERP.You act as Business Process Alignment Manager for the EMEA Regional Deployment team in the Finance/ Tax area. You roll-out the Aspire Global Template to the EMEA countries in the area of Taxes and include country Tax Localization.Your main responsibilities include:You roll-out Global template solutions for the area of Finance/ Tax, including solution documentation & implementation, test management, business process operations including integrated training management. Evaluates Local GAP and design localization extension for the Global TemplateYou ensure end-to-end view from record to report and work closely with other Finance areasYou translate local Tax business requirements into IT solutions and manage changes to such specifications. Actively drive and support the project deployment relevant deliverables throughout the full rollout lifecycleEnsuring that all parallel deployment as well as the S/4Hana work package are on trackEnsuring, monitoring and optimization of business processes with regards to efficiency and effectivenessLiaise with the other stakeholder within the E2E processesLead process alignments/solution design with business stakeholders under template governanceWho You AreMinimum 8 years as an SAP FI Consultant and 10 years in business process management, SAP ERP, S/4Hana, IT, and ERP transformation programsExtensive experience with SAP Tax solutions for EU and other regions, covering Indirect Taxes, Withholding Taxes, and Corporate Income TaxesDeep knowledge of SAP S/4Hana tax solutions, including SAP country versions, SAP Document and Reporting, and implementation of SAP systems, particularly S4 FinanceStrong end-to-end understanding of business processes and deep financial or controlling process knowledgeExperience with other SAP Tax solutions like Sovos is advantageousExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a history of leading change initiatives and effective decision-makingStrong influencing skills, ability to work in complex global networks, and fluency in English (German is a plus), with an agile mindset for daily operations (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe)In exchange we provide you withDevelopment opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources.
