Are you an experienced SAP professional with a passion for driving operational excellence through technology?We’re seeking a SAP Team Lead to lead and optimise SAP systems, ensuring performance, compliance, and business continuity across the organisation.In this role, you’ll manage the SAP support function, oversee system performance, and guide a team responsible for maintaining and improving the S/4HANA, SAP SD, SAP ALM, and SAP Authorization environments.Key Responsibilities:Manage all SAP support operations, incidents, and service levelsOversee SAP S/4HANA functionality, performance, and integrationAdminister and optimise SAP Authorization and user access controlsUtilise SAP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for change, release, and configuration managementLead root cause analysis and implement continuous improvementsCollaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align SAP strategy with organisational goalsEnsure full compliance with governance, risk, and security standardsRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field5–7 years’ experience in SAP support or system managementStrong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD, SAP ALM, and SAP Authorization managementProven experience leading SAP support or functional teamsExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsDemonstrated ability to manage priorities in a dynamic business environmentIf you’re ready to take ownership of a critical SAP landscape and lead digital efficiency across the business reach out!
