Our expertise includes feasibility and pre-engineering studies, business development consultancy, quality management, project execution, and technical innovations in process development. Since our founding in 2004, we have successfully completed over 100 projects across various markets, including the European Union (Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Finland, Italy, Poland, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic), the USA, Brazil, Russia, Ukraine, and South Africa.

TasksAbility to evaluate pulp and paper industry equipment and processes in terms of capacity, operational needs, control strategies, mechanical integrity, energy and mass transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics. Ability to utilize technical know-how and industry best practices and standards to perform concept engineering in pulp production facilities. Conduct material, energy, and water balances, including the creation of dynamic models and simulations. Develop process specifications for new equipment and processes, such as wood yards, pressure vessels, recovery boilers, etc. , and prepare technical quotations. Concept development for the optimization of P&P industry processes and their implementation.

Evaluate technical vendor proposals and assist with investment cost estimations. Assure the quality of design documents and process deliverables. Conduct process optimization and energy assessment audits. Consult costumer to solve operational challengesAttend onsite visits for process evaluations and effectively communicate with customers to understand project needs. Knowledge of system design and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs). Write project reports and presentations for assigned projects. RequirementsIn order to meet future challenges, we are looking for a highly motivated and well qualified employee. Completed studies in process engineering, pulp and paper technology, technical chemistry, mechanical engineering, or a related field.

At least 3 years of professional experience in the pulp and paper industry. Very good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. Proficient use of the MS Office package. Willingness to travel internationally for client projects and meetings. Ability to work independently, with a high level of flexibility and initiative. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness for professional development. A valid work permit for the European Union is preferred, with a preference for Austria.
